Found this amazing series I'd never seen before.  I'd only seen the first one and without subtitles.  

"Warrior of Alliance" - I found the mainpage, http://wow.duowan.com/woa/index.html, where it lists all 6 episodes, but they don't have English subs. Found the subs so far for 1-4 here, Episode 5 is here, as well as subs for 4 and 6 on youtube.

Rocky Horror Glee Virgin Traumatization - Get it while its hot!

I had to share something absolutely hilarious from last night.    It's been about 10 years since I've been to a screening of RHPS, and a friend of mine had never even seen the movie, let alone a stage show, so we hunted around and found one in Philly.  We head in and the front two rows suddenly stuff with the most preppy lot I have ever seen at Rocky...  all were so excited, taking cell pics of each other, jumping up and proclaiming to the cast they'd never been there and it was then I realized:

These were squealing Glee kids.

Earlier this week, the Fox show Glee ran a Rocky Horror episode.  I saw it, it was cute, but it in no way prepared these kids for either the actual movie or a live showing.  So, we settled back and in absolute "glee" of our own, watched as these front two rows became increasingly traumatized and disturbed as rice, confetti, water, toast and foul language shouted by the audience flew their way.  The half naked cast and half naked audience scared them even more.  They were all so cute, all huddled together, mouthing "oh my god" at each other. 

That alone was worth the price of admission.  If you weren't planning on a Rocky fix, now is the time to go, before the Glee kiddies realize what they've gotten themselves into.

IFAP3 will one day materialize.  At the moment, I still have three voice actors who haven't sent lines.

Baby does what Baby wants.

So working on IFAP3 has been extremely difficult while taking care of the baby.  At the moment I've stuck to doing some texture edits for both the models and the backgrounds, as well as setting up backgrounds so I can be good to go with them when I get to filming.

I sent out scripts about a month ago; so far only one actor has sent all his lines, and another sent about half.

In the meanwhile, here are some portraits that you will see in IFAP3.

EPIC EPIC EPIC

Okay, so backstory...

Back at the end of 2007 there was supposed to be a machinima collaboration that went through pretty much everyone messing with WoW machinima at the time. It got through 7 parts and then disappeared never to be released...

The seven parts that were completed were Olibith, Nyhm, UncleTom, tehtaco, Telemora, Dopefish, & BaronSoosdon.

Epic right?

DeadWorkers, Drewbie, Kenion, Seksi, Jun, Pinkhair, Me, TheDriver, Malu never got to doing parts, and those were just a few of the many to be included.

So it died, and the completed parts were never released...
UNTIL NOW.

Between the Baby: IFAP3

So the minion is now 6 months old, and it is clear I am never getting blocks of free time ever again... so I'm going to try to make do with the time I do have.

So it begins. I have been working on the script to IFAP3 - which, btw, will be the last one. There may have to be IFAP4, but it's unlikely, and it's all the same script - it would only depend on time. I think if it goes over 30 min I might have to break it up. Currently, it's 17 pages long. I'm still missing a couple scenes and it has to go through the continuous editing, but it will come. I plan on getting out the scripts by next month to the actors... then comes the hoping that they get the lines to me. IFAP2 came out in Apr of this year, hopefully the final part will come out by then, but I don't have the large chunks of time I had before. It will get done, it will just be on a baby schedule.

This is also the first time I've figured out how to use the texture editing part of modelviewer for myself... and lets just say I am highly entertained.

Blood Elf Men.

I still get asked/commented to repeatedly about how it blows peoples minds that I don't see the blood elf men as embodying some sort of gay stereotype. Not only that, I see them as masculine. What needs to be understood here is the kind of men that my age group grew up drooling over... our '80s sex icons. I see blood elves, I see this:



These were our sex objects. You can't tell me Axl doesn't remind you of a male belf. (Speaking of, never google a current picture of the man. Some things seen cannot be unseen.) Now you understand. Welcome to the '80s.

Seriously, they missed out on the right blood elf dance. It should have been every move in this video instead of the Napoleon Dynamite thing.

Speaking of GNR, remember the epic video for "November Rain"? I went looking for the short story it's based on and found it here. All I can say is... I'm not surprised GNR liked it.

I'm amused that the story wasn't actually published until 10 years later.
